Recruitment of trade and craft workers, Try and Hire (trial period employment)

Recruitment is our agency’s service of search and selection of workers of different positions. Recruitment process is one of the main responsibilities of recruitment agencies.

Europa I.N.E. provides comprehensive recruitment, the subject of which is search and selection of skilled or non-skilled workers from abroad. Workers are recruited through our network of offices in Eastern Europe: Ukraine, Slovak Republic, Poland, Belarus, Bulgaria, and Romania.

We provide recruitment in various industries. Mainly in production (trades, crafts) and services. Jobs which are in the greatest demand: truck driver, caregiver (male/female), storeman, forklift driver. The most requested jobs in crafts: welder, bricklayer and fitter.

No fee for hiring or dismissal of unsuitable workers is the main benefit of Try and Hire. During worker trial we cooperate with you on the same terms as during temporary placement. On successful completion of the trial our worker is transferred outside our recruitment agency to your staff.

Employee search and selection according to recruitment technology

According to contract requirements and recruitment technology we perform search and selection of workers for medium- and top-level positions.

Recruitment process of suitable candidates is performed by combination of various methods – use of actual contacts, information from latest projects, advertisements or databases. Selection methods are chosen for each individual project separately.

Recruitment technology:

1.Preliminary consulting:

employer formulates contract requirements for search and selection of workers, assessment; description of functions, wage level, planning search strategy, understanding the client’s organization

2.Search in our database:

we have our own candidates’ database, which is generated over the years, regularly renewed and added.

We seek to gain as much information as possible about prospective candidate to assess his/her knowledge and experience compared to other employees, what is the most important in the process of search and selection of workers. This information is obtained through following techniques:

-    pre-selection, performed on the basis of a candidate’s CV
-    interview
-    tests
-    references (employee’s recommendations from other sources)

3.Search through web resources, mass media, search agents:

Using these methods we will quickly attract a large number of candidates and then make the right choice.

4. Providing consultation meetings and interviews with selected candidates in our recruitment agency’s office:

obligatory individual interview with each candidate is conducted.

5. Psychological testing and training (if necessary language testing):

on client’s request we also use psychodiagnostic methods for more detailed assessment of candidates (adapted to a position).

Psychodiagnostics is an auxiliary tool that enables us to search a new worker for requested position and plan personal development of placed workers. By testing we will comprehensively, objectively and quickly analyze personality of the tested person. We will identify whether a candidate is good for requested position and career prospects taking into account his intellect, personality characteristics and internal motivation.

Psychodiagnostics help us not only to assess and motivate workers, but also to analyze their work capacity. As well as decision analysis, during which individual characteristics and abilities of workers are discussed and assessed in a table. Assessment is an important thing for increasing of motivation; it helps solve problems at work and to clarify the objectives to individual employees. In assessment system we use the following types of tests:

- efficiency tests inform of candidate’s logical thinking and his ability to solve practical and system tasks, tell about how quickly a person is able to learn new pieces of knowledge (measure the intellect);

- on the basis of results of personality tests the personality characteristics and candidate’s suitability for the demanded position can be analyzed (main tests of selection procedures);

- motivation tests define staff motivation to achieve above-average results and give feedback to managers on management style.

6. Reference check from previous jobs.

7. Selection of employees on the client’s side:

arranging meetings between customer and worker; when necessary assistance in interviewing.

8. The final agreement on all issues between candidate and client.

9. Guarantee conditions:

we oblige to replace unsuitable workers during a certain period.
